As black elected officials control/influence more policy decisions across America, you can easily expect for decriminalization of basically any and all crime to end racial disparities. This logic will not only impact black criminals (keeping them out of jail), but trickle down to public schools where black and brown students commit a disproportionate amount of acts requiring suspension, expulsion, or being arrested at school or referred to outside law enforcement agencies.

They did that in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, with their imbecile, Obama inspired "PROMISE PROGRAM"

The program allows students who commit any of 13 specific misdemeanors at school to avoid getting involved with the criminal justice system. Instead, they attend the alternative school, where they receive counseling and other support. PROMISE was created in 2013 in response to concerns over the district's number of student arrests, and evidence that students, in particular minorities, LGBTQ students and students with disabilities were being disproportionately charged criminally for minor offenses.

The result >> a massacre of 17 people, mostly kids, done by a criminal creep, Nikolas Cruz, a 19-year-old former student at the school, whose crime record was kept hidden from the guys who sold him his guns.
