Should courts order Federal government to bring all citizens up to the poverty line?

Should courts order the Fed Govt to give all citizens at least povery line income?

The liberals have recognized in the Constitution that it's the job of the courts to force the Federal government make life fair. Don't want straight marriage because you're gay? Want an abortion? Don't know your rights? The courts will make that fair for you. And it's all Constitutional. I don't know why exactly, but apparently it is.

So, what is more unfair than being below the poverty line in the richest and most powerful country in the history of the world? Let's say someone brings suit so the courts have a pretext. Should the courts force the Federal government to ensure that every of it's citizens has at least as much money as the poverty line by giving it to them? If you favor more than the poverty line, the answer is yes, you support that, which is why I said "at least."
