Or spend the rest of his natural life in ADX Florence?

There is only one supermax prison in the United States federal system, ADX Florence in Florence, Colorado. It houses several inmates who have a history of violent behavior in other prisons, with the goal of moving them from solitary confinement for 23 hours a day to a less restrictive prison within three years.

Absolutely he should meet his ultimate fate! Why keep him around? All he will do in prison, is spread more anti American hatred and poison minds.

Mass killers like McVeigh and Tsarnev don't deserve to live IMO.

It isn't as though there is any shred of doubt when it comes to guilt.

Death penalty would be more cost effective, but could potentially make him a "martyr"

More cost effective?

More than 3500 men and women have received this sentence in California since 1978 and NOT ONE has been released, except those few individuals who were able to prove their innocence.

California could save $1 billion over five years by replacing the death penalty with permanent imprisonment.

California taxpayers pay $90,000 more per death row prisoner each year than on prisoners in regular confinement.
