I'd say it certainly should.
If one performed actions that were disrespectful to homosexuals while pledging a fraternity, those actions shuld be examined and fraternity brothers who witnessed the actions should tesitfy.
This holds for any elected or appointed government official.
We can't just protect women...what about homosexuals. Lets not be homophobic.
