Should only full time employees be allowed to vote?

What would be the downside do this? Seems like it would be a good way to ensure that those making votes that affect our policy are contributing to the economy in some way or another.

Perhaps spouses with dependent children who are married to full-time employees would also be included.

Okay. Should parasitical conservative freeloaders be allowed to vote, given that they'd just vote for more government freebies for themselves?

Many say they shouldn't, but I disagree. I say that even conservative gubmint subsidy leeches deserve the right to vote.
