He also said that 8 Democrats stop things from getting done. He clearly was talking about the Senate filibuster. This did not apply. The healthcare bill could be passed with Republican votes only since they have the majority..

He was talking about the specific Senate rule called Cloture that requires 60 votes to stop deliberation. The current bill is not subject to that rule. Donald is a double dumbass.
