Trump called for an end to the obstructive manner in which the bill is being delayed. His use of the word was correct. You are the idiot.

He was talking about the specific Senate rule called Cloture that requires 60 votes to stop deliberation. The current bill is not subject to that rule. Donald is a double dumbass.
