Looks like she is going to take a bite out of him. Should there be a safety zone for police during a demonstration? If so, what distance.

The police officer should have a helmet and a riot shield if he is going to be at a riot.

The police captain should chew his ass out when he gets back to the station. The officer is risking his health and safety, they need to keep as many cops as possible in fighting shape.

As soon as the "protesters" descend into violent, intrusive behavior, as depicted in OP's photo, they are "rioters" and any use of force, no matter how severe is warranted!

Post the law that says you can't yell at somebody
Ridiculous as all the other nonsense you spew.
Oh right, there isn't one
I misread your post, you're right there is no such law. Perhaps disturbing the peace would do but sometimes yelling is necessary.

The "lady" in the picture could be charged and convicted of assault. Yes, she can yell at the cop, but she is in direct chest to chest contact with the cop. Her face is within 1 inch of his face as she is yelling. This is a threatening position on her part and can be considered simple assault in many jurisdictions.

Dear God, they are literally impossibly fucking stupid!!! You fucktard, I posted a half dozen individual laws which are enforced in every jurisdiction within the Union of States!!! :fu:

This is a typical democratic party female, morbidly obese, and hideously ugly, its actually making contact with the NYPD cop, he should have gassed or tasered the heffalump..... Walmart is full of such grotesque's, democratic females carrying in excess of 280 lbs on their frames, wearing skin tight leotards, and pushing a cart full of diet coke and candy....:puke3:

Augustine....if it ever comes to it...Do you believe it would be justifiable to bring in water cannons, microwave devices, sound devices and more upscale mace/tear gas products? If not then keep on rioting. Destroy. P.S...... Don't forget car dealers and car repair shops.

That girl should get one warning to back off and be arrested for assault of a police officer if she doesn't.
I second this. The girl has the right to get out there whatever she wants to say, but getting that close to anyone in my opinion is where she is on the line.

God bless you and the cop always!!!
