I found this similar report from 8 years ago. In my case though I am unaware of any moderator concerns, no indication of account itself being formally restricted, nothing in my inbox either.

Having issues

Having issues all day today, the forum is very slow for me when I'm logged in. When logged out, it works pretty fast. When I log in, I'm led to a default page, the rules/guidelines page. Not sure why this is a case, it's very difficult to even get one post in as it won't load. Is this due to...

We have three computers, two cell phones, the cable box, and the SmartTV connected to the wireless router our ISP provides. I have noticed that sometimes my computer back here in the garage gets a little sluggish when I'm online. When that happens, I disconnect everything by shutting down all of the devices, power down the router, bring it back up, then turn on the computers and let them have their IP addresses assigned to them.

Your devices should remember the WPA key to log back into the router, but make sure you have that handy just in case.
