There are plenty of businesses that make great money catering to niche markets.

And if a bar owner allows smoking of course he will serve nonsmokers if they come in his bar. Some people don't care if others smoke around them some do.

As I said I would not frequent an establishment that allowed smoking. I don't think I have the right to tell a business owner how to run his business.
