According to The New York Times, potentially 90 percent of those who have tested positive for COVID-19 have such insignificant amounts of the virus present in their bodies that such individuals do not need to isolate nor are they candidates for contact tracing. Leading public health experts are now concerned that overtesting is responsible for misdiagnosing a huge number of people with harmless amounts of the virus in their systems.

"Most of these people are not likely to be contagious, and identifying them may contribute to bottlenecks that prevent those who are contagious from being found in time," warns The Times.

It looks like the CDC was right, and not The Times, when the CDC issued guidance saying not everybody and their mother should get tested for COVID-19.

If the coronavirus has made one thing clear, it's that so-called "scientists" and "experts" are wrong all the time. They can't accurately forecast a virus, they tell us different things about the effectiveness of a face mask, they insist the virus can't spread at leftwing protests, and there's a myriad of other examples too long to document here showing us the "experts" are really just making it all up as they go along, with their political biases on display for everyone with eyes to see.

Shouldn't we have been told about this before now? All this worry and fear going around was needless? Don't tell me they didn't know, they had to realize what the threshhold amount number of the virus was to isolate somebody or do the contact tracing.

Instead of protecting the vulnerable – the elderly in nursing homes and those with comorbidities – health "experts" recommended locking everyone up and prescribing for Americans a wide range of ailments such as depression, suicide, missed early cancer screenings, unemployment, substance abuse, and poverty.

Something is driving the liberal media's morbid obsession with the U.S. death toll. The media is doing everything it can to blame the virus on President Trump, a virus that originated in China and is killing people all over the world. It's been widely known for months that people with comorbidities and the elderly are at higher risk for severe illness due to COVID-19, so why is the media clamoring for prolonged shutdowns and keeping schools closed? Is it because they see a connection between prolonged shutdowns, a weakened economy and the Democrats' electoral chances in November?

Everyone with eyes should see how the Democrats and the media have weaponized the coronavirus against the president. Nothing made this more clear when the media and "public health experts" green lighting left-wing protests over the past few months. They know the virus poses little risk to young people healthy enough to go out and loot, tear down statues and vandalize property.

Protocols for the seasonal flu virus require a couple of years of analysis before the CDC releases their "official" numbers ... this is fast, and I'm guessing because the CDC has lots of practice after so many decades ... and these procedures are a matter of public information, anyone can read through them and judge for themselves whether the numbers are accurate or not ...

It's statistics ... frankly it doesn't matter the odds if we the ones who die ...

What makes me laugh is the people waiting for this mythological 100% effective vaccine ... trillions of dollars just to find out the lab results were fudged ... 30 years of litigation and the perps will walk free with their ill-gotten gains ... less the 10% kickbacks to Congress ... The one thing I have found since this all began is that there is an inverse relationship between a person's screaming out "Listen to the scientists!!" and their actual background in the sciences.

"Listen to the scientists" only means "Let's ruin the lives of millions of people just so we can stick it to Orange Man!".

Science and policy are two different matters altogether and the actual policies have been designed to hurt some people while enriching others. Small businesses have been hurt immeasurably while Amazon, and other giant businesses have profited. The policies we have actually seen are not about public safety. If they were about public safety, the very FIRST things to have been shut down would have been public transportation. They weren't, and all this bull crap people invented by way of who is an essential human being and who is not is just a smokescreen for a political agenda.
