Some true articles about the bds filth

And once again the islamonazi apologist is at a loss for words and has had his arguments destroyed. You can tell when this is the case he uses his made up word to imply that Jews are mentally challenged. Why not send the arab muslim Palestinians there, then they can battle it out with the Ugandan's

You are not alone in your thought process:

Humanitarian Relocation of Arabs may be Israel’s only Remaining Option - Jewish Media Agency

Humanitarian Relocation of Arabs may be Israel’s only Remaining Option

==========================

Israel should have done this decades ago, which would simply be following in the footsteps of India/Pakistan's pop transfer decades ago, and Armenia's in the 1990s/early 2000s deportations of muslims. Or the best idea yet I've seen would be to accept al Sisi's offer, and transfer all of the pals into a new arab country formed in the Sinai, which would be far larger than their 2 little enclaves in gaza and the west bank. Of course, the racist, radical arab muslim filth refused to accept this brilliant plan - I call it the Sinai Solution - because it would end the financial gravy train from the despicable Europeans into the swiss bank account coffers of the leaders of hamas and the PA.

Do you have a clue as to the blood bath that resulted from that misbegotten "option"? And you want to repeat it just so Israel can have the entire land without it's inhabitants?

So you see no problem in the bloodbath that would result if we did things your way, and you would have the blood of 6 millions Jews on your hands. If relocating arab muslims that don't want to live in peace saves one Jewish life then we should be demanding it be put in place. We should also be looking at what other measures were put into the Mandate of Palestine to see if they became international law

The Palestinian Case Against BDS

"BDS spokespeople justify calling for boycotts that will result in increased economic hardships for the Palestinians by asserting that Palestinians are willing to suffer such deprivations in order to achieve their freedom. It goes without saying that they themselves live in comfortable circumstances elsewhere in the world and will not suffer any such hardship. It would seem, in fact, that the BDS movement in its determination to oppose Israel is prepared to fight to the last drop of Palestinian blood. As a Palestinian who actually lives in east Jerusalem and hopes to build a better life for his family and his community, this is the kind of "pro-Palestinian activism" we could well do without. For our own sake, we need to reconcile with our Israeli neighbors, not reject and revile them."

For those seeking the truth about the fakestinians and the bds trash, those 3 articles are a great place to start.
Looks like junior is in the need for a little lesson in international law?

Just because Israel gets all butt hurt over the BDS movement, it is illegal for them to take it out on the Palestinian's.

Convention (IV) relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War. Geneva, 12 August 1949.

Reprisals against protected persons and their property are prohibited.

The entire land ? I think you mean the 20% or so designated by the Mandate for the creation of a national Jewish homeland.

But you people are miles off topic again.

Palestinians have become obsessive “tragedy tourists”

"You do not get to keep stealing stories. You stole the identity of what was known as ‘Palestinian’. BeforeWorld War II the term meant Jews. But that’s OK, it’s a colonialist term, and I am sure that my Jewish friends don’t want it. They prefer to be called Jews, Hebrews, Israelites or Israelis, so you can take your colonialist garbage and get lost."

The real figure is less than 1% of the land was granted to the Jews as their NATIONal home, the rest was handed on a plate to Saudi princes and dictators. All Israel wants is what is theirs under international treaty and international law.

I mean the area that is currently and has long been inhabited by the Palestinians that the OP proposes to expell.

That is also embodied in international law as designated by the LoN and UN. Both added the rider to their treaties in regards to the arab muslims, and if they don't want to live in peace then they must relocate to a nation that will take them. The only other options include death or life in prison, I prefer the life in prison as this will reduce the population when they are unable to procreate.

If the BDS movement is not having any impact, then why is Israel spending so much money on trying to stop it?

Israel Announces $26 Million Cyberattack on Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Movement and Muslims in the West

The Israeli government is planning to pour $26 million this year alone into a covert cyber operation to attack and sabotage the global human rights movement for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS), earmarking large sums for technology companies to spy on Muslim activists in the United States and Europe.

And it seems that you don't understand English as there is no war per se, and the land occupied is Jordanian. On top of which you need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that reprisals have taken place other than those in response to violence, terrorism, civil damage and endangering life.

You also need to stop being a muslim and reading each line as if it was a separate command, and read the whole section in its full context. If you did you would see that buildings can be destroyed, people can be relocated and goods can be banned if they are of military use. So fire a rocket from the car park of a hospital and the hospital is then a military target, in your Geneva conventions if you read them.

According to an islamonazi source

Israeli minister holds confab with Jewish leaders on tackling BDS

Strategic Affairs Minister Gilad Erdan plans to enter the fight against the anti-Israeli Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, and intends to appoint 10 anti-BDS coordinators to central embassies around the world.

Erdan’s plan was met with mixed emotions in the Foreign Ministry, the Maariv newspaper reported Tuesday. Officials there said the initiative was essentially a positive one, but that the intrusion of Erdan’s office into matters traditionally under the jurisdiction of the Foreign Ministry would cause needless confusion and would likely end up hurting the efficacy of Israeli diplomacy.

Erdan’s ministry held a conference in Jerusalem this week with international Jewish leaders on ways to fight BDS campaigns against Israel. Some 150 Jewish leaders and activists attended the conference Sunday and Monday.

Not real bright are you ? Did you miss that part about protected persons ? Are you able to comprehend just who a protected person is ?

The Geneva Conventions common articles clearly state that anyone participating in combat, assisting a combatant or suspected of assisting a combatant forfeits their protected person status.

Which means not only can they be held indefinitely or until the end of hostilities but they may also be tried and sentenced in the presiding powers courts of law for crimes against the state.

Incitement is a crime around here, its also a crime in most states, its also a crime in Israel.

But my favorite part is the utter failure of the IBS movement. The economy of Israel is incredible diverse and vibrant. Growing by leaps and bounds. In sharp contrast, the economy of the Arab Muslims in Israel is a wreck. Rampant unemployment to the tune of 40~80% depending on what age group your talking about. Its an entire population living off begging. Pathetic

But do go on about your IBS movement and how its crushing the Israeli economy. LMAO

The best way to fight against BDS is to sit back and watch the Palestinians melt down when they no longer have any jobs or money. Then when the islamomorons like yourself point to this as being another Israel apartheid trick to point out that it is the fault of BDS.

So here goes the reason the homes are not getting rebuilt is because of BDS, the reason there is no medicines is because of BDS and the reason so many Palestinians are dying is because of BDS.

You are desperate to aggrandize this nonsense aren't you ? The Israeli's have always kept an eye on the internet. So does the US as does most other large successful countries.

The Antifada is alive and well and thoroughly embarrassing the nonsense being portrayed here and elsewhere. But if Israel wants to organize a more deliberate effort why shouldn't they. You have Pallywood, we have Firewall Israel.

The fun reality is that once these bright successful computer savvy Israeli kids get ahold of this, its curtains for the Pallywood producers.

IBS is a dismal failure and the only economy thats hurting because of it is the Arab Muslims

While looking up articles on the IBS filth I ran accross the following concerning a claim I saw earlier on the forum I'd been meaning to look into anyway.

Someone recently made the following claim and so I thought I'd look into it and see if its true

Looks like it is

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (may the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) married her when she was six years old, and he consummated her in marriage when she was nine years old. Then she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death). [2]

Khadijah died three years before the Prophet (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) departed to Madina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consummated that marriage when she was nine years old. [3]

Urwa narrated: The Prophet (may the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years. [4]

Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old. [5]

Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married her when she was seven years old, and she was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old. [6]

No, it doesn't say that. What it does say, is...

Members of resistance movements must fulfil certain stated conditions before they can be regarded as prisoners of war. If members of a resistance movement who have fallen in to enemy hands do not fulfil those conditions, they must be considered to be protected persons within the meaning of the present Convention.

Which means not only can they be held indefinitely or until the end of hostilities but they may also be tried and sentenced in the presiding powers courts of law for crimes against the state.
You're dreaming.

ARTICLE 67

The courts shall apply only those provisions of law which were applicable prior to the offence, and which are in accordance with general principles of law, in particular the principle that the penalty shall be proportioned to the offence. They shall take into consideration the fact that the accused is not a national of the Occupying Power.

Locking someone up indefinitely, is not proportioned to the offence.

If the BDS movement was failing, the Israeli government wouldn't be spending so many shekels to stop it.

But do go on about your IBS movement and how its crushing the Israeli economy. LMAO
Okay.

Since its inception, many businesses have been forced to withdraw contracts and deals from Israel - ranging from companies that export goods grown or manufactured in Palestinian land at the cost of Palestinian rights. Also affected are companies like G4S that provide ‘equipment’ to the Israeli authorities used at the apartheid-style ‘check points’ preventing freedom of movement for Palestinians, and which also provide equipment to prisons that illegally detain Palestinians, often indefinitely, including the imprisonment of children.

The ignorance is glaringly apparent

Give me two seconds to look it up for you

Damn, and you say your an electrical engineer yet you can't seem to find one simple reference ?

BRB

III Geneva Convention art 4 ( ref all )
IV Geneva Convention art 5 general provisions

Quote

  • Art. 5 Where in the territory of a Party to the conflict, the latter is satisfied that an individual protected person is definitely suspected of or engaged in activities hostile to the security of the State, such individual person shall not be entitled to claim such rights and privileges under the present Convention as would, if exercised in the favour of such individual person, be prejudicial to the security of such State.
  • Where in occupied territory an individual protected person is detained as a spy or saboteur, or as a person under definite suspicion of activity hostile to the security of the Occupying Power, such person shall, in those cases where absolute military security so requires, be regarded as having forfeited rights of communication under the present Convention.

End Quote

And repeating the lies about the IBS movement isn't going to make them any more true. Damn you really seem to have trouble with simple facts.

If the IBS movement was having all that much of an effect why is it that Israel's economy is among the strongest in the worlds and the Arab Muslims are even further down the dumper than they were before your IBS flared up again ?

Oh and while we're at it, since some people are having trouble with the concept that the war declared in 1948 is still ongoing lets check what the conventions say about that as well.

Quote

  • Art. 6. The present Convention shall apply from the outset of any conflict or occupation mentioned in Article 2.
  • In the territory of Parties to the conflict, the application of the present Convention shall cease on the general close of military operations.
  • In the case of occupied territory, the application of the present Convention shall cease one year after the general close of military operations; however, the Occupying Power shall be bound, for the duration of the occupation, to the extent that such Power exercises the functions of government in such territory, by the provisions of the following Articles of the present Convention: 1 to 12, 27, 29 to 34, 47, 49, 51, 52, 53, 59, 61 to 77, 143.

End Quote

Which means that hostilities must cease for a period of ONE FULL YEAR before the original conflict can be considered over.

Can anyone point and show us just where the effect of the IBS nonsense kicked in is at ? And why ? What portion of the Israeli economy is being effected by this nonsense ?
