The average Trump appointee is a hack. Don't know if Spicer has a relationship with Putin. Whatever proof the administration offers wouldn't be worth much, anyway.

If an Obama official had tweeted something like this, RWers would have taken it as proof that he was trying to undermine the country. Pardon me if I don't see this as humor. It's more likely sheer stupidity.
