i have a good powerful set of Binoculars and as long as you are in a fairly dark area without a lot of city lights....you would be surprised what they can pick up....i used to go once a month with Meister and the OC Amateur Astronomy club....lots of Amateur Astronomers.... you get to see alot some of those guys have some pretty nice scopes.....glad these sights helped....
