Maybe a state can legally do a lot of what they currently require.

But here's the problem I have, the people didn't vote or demand any of this crap.

If a state wants to approve licenses, fine.

if a state wants to charge a fee, fine.

but a state telling you you're a criminal unless you're approved by them , I don't think so.

If a person is dumb enough to get dental work done by some guy in the back of a van, people have the right to be stupid.

If a dentists in the back of a van has a lot of customers, that's an indication of a serious problem with our society.

If you have a Harvard degree, are insured, and are approved by the ADA, those should be selling points, not requirements.

In no way, shape, or form does the state have the right to force people to buy insurance, for anything.

If a service has $200k in insurance, that's a selling point. It's a complete misconception that if something goes wrong the insurance companies will pay for anything, anyways.

we're heading full steam into corruption right now, the state and the insurance companies are starting to dictate everyday life.
