He didn't snub his nose at Congress. He testified multiple times, turned over thousands of pages of documents and fought the subpoena legally for those few specific documents. The whole matter was settled years ago in court.

Let’s just eliminate congressional subpoenas. As our system continues to crumble — the stated goal of people like Bannon, ironically — they are now pointless.

Political Subpoenas have no validity, especially when the target of The Political Subpoena agreed to testify so long as the testimony was live and available to The Public so that his words cannot be twisted.

Also, regarding this topic, there exists Separation of Powers where The Circle Jerk Jackoff Jan 6 Committee actually has no jurisdiction over the Executive Branch. The only way they can execute any jurisdiction is through an impeachment.

Their jurisdiction over The Executive Branch ended when Donald Trump left office.
