The day GW Bush swings for his war crimes is the day I'll concede that Hillary Clinton got off too easy.

Because no Democrat voted for the war in Iraq.

Congress voted for giving the authority to Bush to use if necessary. He abused the authority. He's the perpetrator.

Congress gave the authority ? But you specifically blamed Bush as if he acted all on his very own with out one single Democrat voting for the war. I can show Democrats where calling for action against Iraq before Bush got into office.
