LOL, it would appear that the problem isn't with too many "white" staffers, the problem for the Obama Administration is that apparently it has one too many female "black" staffers named Susan Rice.

Is she auditioning for that "Secretary of Sticking Your Own Foot In Your Mouth" job or what? Somebody in the Administration needs to keep that woman away from the public eye since every time she opens her mouth she embarrasses them.
