While perhaps not intentional, Hur wrote a comment that utterly humiliated Biden and the Dems and they never blinked.

Hur can't come out and say Biden isn't competent to stand trial because that would mean he isn't competent to be POTUS.

But before he was charged with anything, they would have to do a psychological evaluation. The lights are on, but there's no one home.

Whether or not it is a crime depends on ”knowingly” and “intent”. Hur has already stated he can’t prove intent based on the evidence.

That’s a cop out. Biden spent over 50 years in government, from senator, chairman of senate foreign relations and chairman of the senate judiciary committees, and the vice president, Biden has had AMPLE experience and training on the laws surrounding classified information.

Trust me, anyone in government who has a security clearance is trained regularly on how to handle it. They don’t just give you a security clearance and say “welp, there you go…don’t screw up!” Especially when handling secrets of national security, there is a lot of training and protocol. He knows, and he knew then..

I'm sure he probably does yet no charges were recommended.

It seems a lot of Trump supporters won't accept Hur's decision to not file charges and just assume Biden is giulty.
