BS. I remember a story of a guy who transfered in the military. He accidentally had a classified document when he packed at his office. When he got to the next duty station he found it.Actually “intent” is what makes it a crime vs. just breaking rules and regulations. Certainly the military is a whole lot more disciplined about it, but then, they are about everything right?

Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.
