Canadian lawmakers resumed session this morning and showed their appreciation to Seargeant-at-Arms Kevin Vickers, to whom some no doubt owe their lives. He's a retired RCMP officer who spent his life in police work. Vickers shot the Isil terrorist who was about to enter parliament chambers yesterday, which was in session at the time.
