I believe we need to change laws sealing juvenile records. If a kid commits an adult crime, should do adult time. If a kid is committing armed robberies, drive-by shootings, or any violent crimes those records should not be sealed. That person is a danger to society.

The kid should be taken from the parents, do time in a juvenile facility, and be on probation until he is 18. The record is not sealed.

The parents should be vigorously prosecuted. Child endangerment at the minimum.
