Tennessee and 16 other states join Texas in election fraud lawsuit.

And that will be 1-54.

Or how many other cases the Trumptards lost.

A governor has no right to act on his or her own regarding state voter laws...so allowing mass mail in votes that are not requested like absentee ballots are is unconstitutional...this election will be going to Trump...better get use to it...

Jack is a troll.

Internet troll: A person, usually operating under a pseudonym, who posts deliberately provocative messages to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of provoking maximum disruption and argument. They are often paid by nefarious sources but sometime are motivated to do so for their own amusement. They often try to provoke dissension and doubt by writing dis-informational letters to the editors of newspapers.

Another good definition of an internet troll: A person who purposely and deliberately starts an online or media argument in a manner which attacks others on a forum without in any way listening to the arguments proposed by other commenters. He will often use ad hominem attacks.

But, but, ....there's no evidence of fraud. David Muir just said so.

Tennessee has signed on to support an effort by Texas to delay four other states from casting Electoral College votes, a lawsuit being by President Donald Trump as a way to reverse the outcome of the election.

Attorney General Herbert Slatery's office on Wednesday announced that Tennessee had joined an amicus brief in the case, meaning the state is offering its support to Texas but is not a party on the lawsuit. Led by Missouri, Tennessee is one of 17 conservative states that signed the brief.

Actually, allowing one state to challenge another state's electoral counts would be a recipe for chaos.

For instance, how about challenging Florida's results because they illegally denied ex-felons the right to vote?

What about all the money Joe is spending on resources for his wannabe team ?
Does he have to pay that back when they tell him he lost ?

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin from finalizing election results when electors meet Monday, a last-ditch effort to keep Trump in the White House. Each of those states were battlegrounds won by President-elect Joe Biden.

The court must hear this case and serve up justice.....the peoples votes were stolen....

How is mail in ballots stealing peoples votes?
Throwing hem out after telling people to vote that way is stealing people’s votes

Because the people of Texas and other states were disenfranchised by governors of the battle ground states...the supreme court warned before the election that covid is not a legal excuse to change state voter laws without the approval of the states legislature...a governor has no right to act on his or her own regarding state voter laws...so allowing mass mail in votes that are not requested like absentee ballots are is unconstitutional...this election will be going to Trump...better get use to it...

?
The PA legislature passed the law that allowed every PA citizen the right to vote with a mail in ballot. Besides the issue, and all the other issues, have been address in the State. All their AG needs to do is cite the cases.

Not after seeing the evidence.

No they didn't and neither did the other states that sent out mail in ballots....and PA also changed by governor decree the time line for when ballots must be turned in...they can't do that...they are disenfranchising the other states....equal protection is huge in the constitution...for the first time in two weeks I now believe Trump will win this election.....

The smartest move the dems made to steal the election was to use the fear of covid....but the dumbest thing they did to try and steal the election was to use covid.....
Poor dems...you are going to lose again....Buuuuaaahahahahahaha

Today on the radio, the issue of the national popular vote compact was being discussed again. The left are in favor of this, ignoring the vote of the people of their state, and awarding the electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote.

Aside from it being illegal for states to enter into compacts with each other, technically, according to the constitution, states can award their electoral votes however they want.

My question is, what happens if this backfires? What happens if these contested states decide that they themselves are going to go against the votes in their states and award their electoral votes to trump?

Are people prepared to accept the results of that if it happens to swing the election back to trump?

How are people in Texas disenfranchised by the voters in Pennsylvania?

Those 20 EVs are the responsibility of the citizens of Pennsylvania. Only a citizen of Pennsylvania is affected by any malfeasance

SCOTUS will not destroy the USA over the unhinged pussy-grabbing fraudster known as Donald J. Trump.
