Drone strikes are a military action against a target identified as a threat. They are the equivalent of a bombing raid or attack by a military forceAnd there is your problem...how many innocent men were tortured in a CIA fishing expedition? As per the UN resolution on torture signed by Reagan......we did
No... we didn't. Not 'per' any instrument, signed by anyone, anywhere, at any time.
Causing mass-murderers 'discomfort' is not torture, PERIOD.
Just as patting a woman on her ass,or brushing her tit is not rape and, just as there is no right for a person of equal rights to murder another, when that other is deemed by that person to be 'inconvenient'.
How low must we sink in trying to feel "safe"?
We should resort to drone strikes and kill them along with their wives and children. That would taking the high moral road don't you think?
The rules change once someone is unarmed and under your control.
According to you the targets all have Constitutional rights.
Well all human beings have human rights. Not all human beings are protected by the US Constitutions intrinsic limits upon government power.
