I read the proposed GOP platform for the state of Texas. They don't want to go back to the '50s, they want to go back to the '90s, when Texas was blue. Or so it seems.

Given that more than 60% of men aren't paying their child support anyway, there's really no need to abolish it. Please note that it's the lowest income men who aren't paying. They don't have the money, or the income to do so.

The man has a say - he can keep it in his pants. He can use protection. He can get snipped. If he knowingly has unprotected sex with any woman, he has to accept whatever the woman decides, in the event she gets pregnant.

You need to change the law. The law says that any child born in the marriage, is the financial responsibility of the husband, whether he fathers the child or not.

Do you know that women have lost their homes, and their children and been forced to go to shelters when these men ignore their legal responsibilities? In the USA it also means they lose medical coverages, and other necessities as well.

Men should be held accountable for the lives they created. Men have the right to keep it in their pants. I don't know of any man who behaved in a responsible and moral manner who ever had this issue.
