Texas passes Voting Rights bill and Dems are outraged

No, Republicans pass an anti-voting rights bill and Democrats are appropriately outraged.

That conservatives aren’t outraged as well is also part of the problem.
How is anyone's voting rights removed?

You had an opportunity here to discuss how anyone's voting rights are removed by this law.

But since there are no reasons, you merely demand we join in your irrational rage.

Gonna have to pass on that, Slappy.

Republican in the Senate failed to confirm Texas Secretary of State Ruth Hughs (R) who was appointed by Gov. Abbott (R). Why because her office asserted that Texas had a smooth and secure election in 2020.

Republicans had no faith in a republican who told the truth. Also it kind of makes one wander why the changes and their true motives behind it. Were making the election more secure. As if was not secure before.

It was the Texas AG ( Trump supporter) who filed motions on behalf of Trump claiming other states elections were illegal. A clear attempt to throw dirt on another states election process and overturn election results on behalf of Trump.

Of course it failed for lack of standing. Texas has no rights in question how other states run their elections.

So I guess they decided to clean their own house. They believe in the concept but in prior elections were was the problems as they certified that prior elections were secure in the state.

Republican state that votes republican every year. Yet there were problems that needed to be corrected.
