Just like the word "War" is an archaic and obsolete term, so is the concept of Winning or Losing a war.

As (some of) you all may recall, in 2003 - when the Minister for Information was giving bragging about Iraqi Military Superiority and that the Saddam's forces had the American Military surrounded. No sooner did he finish that pronouncement did when a M-1 tank of the forward element went thundering down the main highways from the BIA near the hotel where the journalist were.

Bosting is not uncommon with the Arabs. The Brits once told me that it is easier to catch a ray of sun shine than the truth from an Arab Palestinian.
