After reading your link, I agree that parents should not be blamed for when their kid sneaks out of the house, jumps from the loft onto what he thought was soft hay and broke a leg in his action. Sometimes kids see things on television and want to try it out for themselves, not knowing the danger of falling wrong, miscalculations, etc. I'm sorry too many parents were maligned in the area. It's not fair to have you child removed from your custody because he made a mistake, and the doctor saw it as abuse instead of a bonafide and childish error. And before blaming a parent, a forensics specialist should be called upon to determine from the evidence if there is the intentional harm done to a child, or is the kid a spastic daredevil? Accusing an innocent parent is the cruelest crime in the book.

Problem is the criminal crooks run deep just to set someone up u can't trust gov. provided forensics either. They've been caught multiple times fixing results .........

Most young parents aren't real political, so if their child hurts himself, a forensics specialist can rule yes, no, or not enough evidence. The attending physicians should consider not enough evidence as no, they didn't hurt the child until it is proven otherwise. Accidents don't just happen when the parent's back is turned, sometimes they happen while the stunned parent is in full view of a situation he or she cannot control, because kids move too quickly sometimes on the spur of the moment, and boom! It happens.

Oh I know lol . kiids have a way of doing good harm to themselves in the blink of an eye is all it takes. or how about a sibling even whacking the kid and the parents get the blame.

There is a vaccine sometimes causes severe bleeding of the brain I believe it causes SIDS ........but often the parents are accused of abusing the child when in reality the vaccines caused the baby to have easy bruising etc.. something along those lines i'm a little foggy on the entire stats on that at the moment.
