First off the country shouldn't be in the situations to begin with, and it's time to turn back the wheel in order to stop the corruption that has become of it all over a long a period of time.

Of course the hundreds of thousands stuck in a rut will think the world is coming to an end, but the result for them will be liberation finally. They just don't realize it yet. Dependency is a tough one to break, but we can do it without starving people or putting people in harm's way. Fear mongering isn't going to fly anymore, and power gained by a dependency class isn't going to fly anymore either.
