Like Russia, like Iraq, they sign these agreements, and the minute our people leave the room, they are laughing at us taking the agreement to the bathroom to wipe their ass with. Maybe Ears paid them the 1.7 billion in dollar bills, so they had plenty of other paper to wipe their ass with as well. And let's not forget that memorable trade. DumBama gave the terrorists five of our top prisoners back for some lowly private who deserted the military. What a bargain, huh?
