Shirts are historically complicated for black people. First off, shirts were invented by old-white-men who didn’t consider cultures other than their own. Pants on the other hand are much less racist. Pants only have two holes and a leg goes in each one. Worse case scenario, they end up on backwards. Shirts however are much more discriminatory. Shirts have 3 holes to accommodate both arms and a head. This arrangement is steeped in white supremacy and challenging for a person of color to navigate.
