Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, its a political hot potato that is open to a variety of possible outcomes.

Meanwhile, President Trump and his cabinet are being savaged by the left, regardless of the fact that former President Obama is ultimately to blame for unconstitutionally bypassing Congress back in 2012 by exaggerating the implementation of prosecutorial discretion and expanding DACA for roughly 800,000 illegal minors.

Awww well that's just to bad. Obama such a loser and he led his cult followers right down the road of pure bs and the fools believe it all even to this day LOL..

You know, Trump could have gotten rid of DACA by simply writing another EO, because it was originally done with an EO by Obama.

However........................

He knows the optics will look very bad for him if he's the one that takes it away, so in order to avoid any kind of political conflict, that is why he dropped it in Congress' lap.

Kinda hard to understand why it took him so long though, he campaigned on it, it was done via EO, and when he was busy with the first batch, he should have looked at this one as well.

But, like I said, if he looks like the one to get rid of it, there will be lots of people who will vote against him next election.

The way it looks to me is that Trump wants congress to pass it and take the blame, because his making a decision on it is a lose/lose situation. However, the majority of people in congress are not total incompetents, like Trump is, and will make it law, thus creating the first successful legislation in the Trump presidency, which, incidentally, is also favored by the left..

When was it taken up by the SC and declared unconstitutional?

DACA should be abolished and children of non-citizen mothers should also be considered illegal aliens. Will the people in congress begin to actually represent the citizens who elected them? Should they start looking for new jobs? Time will tell.
