only way to figure out who is really behind this is to start arresting large numbers of these people, trace their contacts and actions over the last several months.

They need to be jailed, their organizations identified, designated as terror groups and every single person that so much as sent out a text advocating this shit should be arrested and jailed for as long as the law allows.
