1. Don't do anything illegal.
2. Don't try to run
That being said no matter that he was too stupid to follow those rules IF he was unarmed then he should not have been shot.

I will wait for the jury to decide. If they find the officer guilty then fine. If they find him not guilty then fine. I will not make a judgment one way or the other because I do not have all the facts. All I have is a few hearsay arguments from sources which might or might not be true.

Anyone who thinks that you can shoot to wound is very obviously unfamiliar with a gun. Think about everything that bullet has a chance to hit if it misses. In other words extremely stupid thought.
