What the Federal Judges are doing is abominable; they are being Democrats first and Judges second (which is the beginning of the end for America). AA uses something to benefit certain groups that if used to deny those groups would be considered wrong. Nothing ignorant about seeing they hypocrisy of the left saying something can be racist in one sense and not in the other. The government isn't seeking a level playing field. They're giving certain groups an advantage and it tells them they can't do it on their own.

Today's Republikan Party makes no pretense about a big tent, having tossed some of its membership (the RINO) under the bus for questioning the konservative dogma which has infected its very soul. Blacks have a higher unemployment rate than other groups, a higher bastard birth rate than other groups, a higher dropout rate than other groups, a lower average IQ than other groups, and a lower income level than other groups. You Democrats have done a lot the biggest voting bloc you have. You convinced a group to vote that overwhelmingly for you despite having shitty results.

LBJ would be proud of today's Democrats for doing what he said the party would do with blacks. It's hard to tell whether the end result of it happening was because you actually convinced them or whether they gladly obliged with what LBJ said.

Affirmative Action (consent decrees) have allowed access to people who never had it. It is and has been opposed by the Republikan Party and supported by the Democratic Party.

Konservatives believe AA and consent decrees create an unfair advantage for members of protect classes for two reasons: The are ignorant and do not believe government should seek to level the playing field. Konservatives vote out of hate and fear, they are defined by what they oppose and that is exactly what Trump provides them - cover for the hate and fear which consumes them.
