But she goes about it wrong. Forcing kids to eat what she chooses and not implementing a workable exercise program.

The problem today is the FDA. Stores are allowed to sell food products that are unhealthy. It's difficult to find any really good unprocessed food in supermarkets. Food that is full of preservatives and lacking in essential vitamins and minerals. Too much sugar. Sugar is in everything.
