The Hidden Threat of Communism in America

Trump understood how to make deals.
No, he didn't.
That's was a campaign gimmick from a book he didn't write.
One of the first things to remember is you DON’T insult the person you want to make a deal with. You complement him.
One of the first things to remember is when you want to make deals with a person.................make sure they are present when you compliment them.
The traitor was complimenting Jinping in front of nobodies.
Joe Biden insulted Putin by calling him a killer.
Really?
It took a year for Putin to respond?

March 18 2021
The Kremlin has reacted angrily to US President Joe Biden's remarks that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is "a killer," calling the comment unprecedented and describing the relationship between the two countries as "very bad."
Putin on Thursday nevertheless invited Biden to hold open online talks in the wake of the remarks.

So, Trump defended him.

February 6 2017

President Donald Trump appeared to equate US actions with the authoritarian regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview released Saturday, saying, “There are a lot of killers. You think our country’s so innocent?”

Trump made the remark during an interview with Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, saying he respected his Russian counterpart.

“But he’s a killer,” O’Reilly said to Trump.

“There are a lot of killers. You think our country’s so innocent?” Trump replied.
Putin then invaded Ukraine. Perhaps Sleepy Joe pissed Putin off.

Note that Putin didn’t invade Ukraine while Trump was President,
He didn't have to Trump was Putin's doormat.

President Donald Trump told G7 leaders that Crimea is Russian because everyone who lives there speaks Russian.
Trump made the remarks over dinner last Friday during a discussion on foreign affairs at the G7 summit in Quebec, Canada.
During the dinner, Trump also seemed to question why the G7 leaders were siding with Ukraine. The president told leaders that "Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in the world."
Xi Jinping didn’t take over Taiwan (which will likely happen next) and Rocket Man in North Korea stopped testing nukes and firing rockets. Trump had things under control but Sleepy Joe may end up getting us into a nuclear war with Russia or China.
Sure, Trump would be on our adversaries side.................every time.

Obama warned us about Joe. Obama was no fool and he told us, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f**k things up.”

And like so many on the political right, you are celebrating ignorance.
I think the general consensus is it's been tried and failed multiple times, and there's no reason to try it again.

And there are lots of good reasons not to try it again.

I mean look, this is old hat. I learned about this stuff when I was a ten year old kid growing up in San Francisco. (The commies were mostly in Berkeley, but there was a few of them over by the park). I don't feel like I have the time to debate Marxism anymore. As far as I'm concerned Marx was an okay analyst but a lousy engineer

Israel, India, and the United Kingdom all adopted socialism as an economic model following World War II.

Yes, they did and the UK, israel, and India have universal healthcare

RWNJ opinion.

Washington Examiner?
LOL.
Confusing dictatorships with socialism.................Again.
The UK, Israel and India are not Marxist-Leninist socialist.

Socialism is a political and economic ideology employed by certain governments around the world. Often seen as the opposite of capitalism, socialism prescribes the belief of equal wealth distribution and government control of the economy. The dominance of socialism in global politics peaked in the mid-20th century, during the height of the Cold War. Socialist countries are classified into two categories: countries which belief in Marxism-Leninism ideologies and those which do not. Currently, there exist only four countries around the globe that are recognized as Marxist-Leninist socialist. These countries are China, Cuba, Laos, and Vietnam…emphasis added

According to the CIA Fact Book …

The Uk is “parliamentary constitutional monarchy; a Commonwealth realm.”

Israel is a “parliamentary democracy.”

India is a “federal parliamentary republic.”

They STILL have socialist policies that help their citizens.
Policies that Republicans are claiming will ruin America.

Meanwhile instituting Marxist/Lenninist policies of their own.

I think you're confused.

Communism means the workers own something. (At least on paper).

If you give a nickel to a beggar, that's not communism because you don't end up owning anything.

Hillary first.
Awww, you gotta provide some proof in America.

January 13 2020
A Department of Justice inquiry into Hillary Clinton that began after conservatives demanded more investigations into the former Democratic presidential candidate is reportedly ending with no actual results.

Huber allegedly reviewed documents and spoke with federal law enforcement officials in Arkansas who were handling an investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Though the inquiry has not formally ended and no official notice has been sent to the Justice Department or to Congress, Huber has effectively finished his assignment and found nothing worth pursuing.

300 swings.
ZERO HITS.

Right back at ya

A Trump hater talking about proof, now that's rich. lol :p
Right, Trumptards and teabaggers had 10 YEARS and NINE investigations and STILL couldn't charge anyone, let alone arrest anyone.
Clinton cooperated.
Trump running like an escaped convict.

Former President Donald Trump’s lawyers say a New York judge abused his discretion with a decision last month requiring him to answer questions under oath in a civil investigation into his business practices.

In papers filed Monday in a state appeals court, Trump’s lawyers said Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron failed to properly weigh constitutional and ethical concerns that they’d raised about New York Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation.

Lawyers for Trump and his two eldest children, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr., want Engoron’s Feb. 17 ruling overturned and James’ subpoenas seeking their testimony invalidated.

In a statement, James said: “Despite continuous efforts to impede this investigation, no one can stop our pursuit of justice, no matter how powerful they are. We will continue to follow the facts without fear or favor.”

I have no problem with some socialistic programs such as Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security as long as they will not bankrupt the nation. In other words I am not opposed to cuddly capitalism. I am on Social Security and Medicare.

Technically I am not a Republican. I vote for Republicans as I the Democratic Party left me behind a couple of decades ago.

Well the majority of republicans have a problem with it.

Reagan started the bankrupting of SS and some have proposed keeping the SS $$$ in the trust fund it was intended for.
All of them failed.

On April 20, 1983, the signing ceremony for the new legislation took place with great fanfare.

Instead of being a proud day for America, April 20, 1983, has become a day of shame. The Social Security Amendments of 1983 laid the foundation for 30-years of federal embezzlement of Social Security money in order to use the money to pay for wars, tax cuts and other government programs.

The payroll tax hike of 1983 generated a total of $2.7 trillion in surplus Social Security revenue. This surplus revenue was supposed to be saved and invested in marketable U.S. Treasury bonds that would be held in the trust fund until the baby boomers began to retire in about 2010. But not one dime of that money went to Social Security.

Reagan and the government had big financial problems. Supply-side economics was not working like Reagan had promised. Instead of the lower tax rates generating more revenue as the supply-siders claimed would happen, there was a dramatic drop in revenue. Something had to be done, so Ronald Reagan set for himself a new mission. He would have to figure out a way to get the additional revenue he needed from another source.

The mechanism, which allowed the government to transfer $2.7 trillion from the Social Security fund to the general fund over a 30-year period, was the brainchild of President Ronald Reagan and his advisers, especially Alan Greenspan. Greenspan played a key role in convincing Congress and the public to support a hike in the payroll tax. A few years later, Reagan appointed Greenspan to become Chairman of the Federal Reserve System.

They are still trying.

On Aug. 8, Trump issued a memo that directed the Treasury secretary to defer the withholding of the payroll tax on wages paid between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31. Each paycheck, employees see 6.2% of their wages go to Washington to help fund Social Security, while employers pay the same amount.

That means someone making the median weekly wage of about $1,000 would see an extra $62 in their paycheck. Trump’s memo applies to people making up to $2,000 per week, so people who earn $104,000 a year or higher wouldn’t get the tax break.

By one estimate, the tax holiday would initially save taxpayers, or alternatively cost the Social Security Trust Fund, $100 billion.

As I said, I am not a true Republican. The problem is voting for a Democrat makes no sense to me. I didn’t leave the Party. It left me.

Nope no one was forced to get the flu shot. Were you forced to get the COVID shots? Do you remember the early 1970s? Not only was the flu shot a government plot the refuseniks cited all kinds of side affects. I had flu in. 1986. It was horrible. I get the flu shot every year.
I wash my hands, eat veggies, take vitamins, and sun and I don't get the flue.

Voting republican never made sense to me, I was a blue-collar worker for 45 years.
I never believed in tax cuts, even for working people, the quickest way to get in debt and it happened.

Tax cuts make no sense? We were going deeper in debt before the tax cuts. The tax cuts don't equal 1% in the increased spending so how do you equate keeping more of your money with being deeper in debt?
