You know it’s not that I think rally sizes can’t be indicative of support for a given nominee, but it’s primarily something rooted with conservatives. Rallies are emotionally charged fluff. It’s the perfect setting for the cult pawn republicans. That sort of simplicity in trusting a candidate is all they need so long as the candidate has some measure of charisma. Biden won the 2020 election by a landslide but his rallies were consistently smaller than Trump’s. With the exception of Obama, democrats do not need charisma in their choice of a candidate. There is no cult of personality when it comes to Biden or Harris. Democrats care more about actual policy.
