I appreciate his strong statement for NATO, that will ease any fears allies might have. What is needed is better contributions, especially from Canada who never pays their 2% and so many other nations. The only nation that seems loyal to this 2% is the UK. Countries struggling like Greece have even paid their dues, while sadly, Canada is always near the bottom.

This has to change. America can't be the sole World Policeman anymore, this require global efforts to prevent China in particular from becoming an aggressor nation.
