As they were responding to a call where he was suspected of actively stealing a car, had an open warrant for sexual assault, armed, resisting arrest and was unresponsive to two non lethal attempts to subdue him he was doing plenty when they shot him. At what point do you retain responsibility for resisting arrest? After you stab a few cops? Even then?

I guess the cops should have just walked away as the suspected rapist walked away. Might as well disband the police altogether.
