Many overcrowded and/or overburdened detention facilities during the Obama administration were the result of the government being unprepared for a sudden and unexpected influx of people crossing the border, and they created alternative-to-detention programs to try and get people out of those facilities as quickly as possible.

Trump, on the other hand, ended AtD programs—despite the fact that they were cheaper than detention (see link to QZ, above) and 98% successful— and voluntarily overburdened an already-strained system by instituting his draconian “zero-tolerance” policy in an explicit attempt to provide a deterrent effect—in essence, to terrorize potential migrants (and their families) by creating a nightmarish scenario for them upon arrival.

Biden can't fix the parts that are broken, Congress has to do that.

So, Biden is not responsible for any of the very bad things that have happened under his Administration; because “Congress has to do that”?

But Trump, on the other hand, is directly to blame for not only the bad stuff that happened during his term, but for much of what has happened under Biden as well?

Never mind that of the two, it is Biden who has very openly tried to rule as a dictator, by executive order, usurping the rightful power of Congress. And yet Biden's supporters are very fond of falsely accusing Trump of having been, or wanting to be a dictator.
