The same Mayorkas who has lied repeatedly to Congress and thus to the American people.

The same Mayorkas who has violated numerous laws. T

he same Mayorkas who has presided over 10 million illegals and has done nothing to stop the flow of illegals.

The rule of law died in an open Senate vote. Don't worry, baby, if you are of a certain class, we will close ranks and protect you. And wink, wink, say Democrats, keep the flow of illegals coming and make Americans pay for those illegals housing, food, medical, etc.

...

Republican Sen. Eric Schmitt of Missouri objected, saying he would not agree to a proposal that would conclude with an “unprecedented” step in US history of dismissing an impeachment case without a trial. Many Republicans wanted an agreement because it would have allowed them to make speeches on the floor about why they think a full trial should take place and other points. Without it, they will not be allowed to speak on the floor – unless they get unanimous consent – except in the form of points of order that would be read allowed by the presiding officer....

He did not lie. No charges have been brought. Why? He did not lie.
