They're already desperately trying to manufacture outage against Pence because their dream is to get rid of both at the same time, have Pelosi take the throne, then appoint Hillary as VP and resign.

Several things wrong with that. One, they're not going to get rid of Pence before he appoints his own VP because the impeachment attempt is about Trump, not Pence. Two, if indeed Pelosi became president, there's no way she would step aside to let Hillary get the attention.
