The problem is that the Senate would not convict.I don't know about this. I might have to agree with Mitch. Having Kamala Harris as president would not be good for the country. I'd rather have dementia Joe, depends and all.
There is not much difference between Kamala and Joe. They are both not very bright, and are pawns of the DNC and Deep State which are really in control.
The reason we need Kamala to take over is that the current situation is a charade. We all know BIden is not cognitivly in charge of the US at the moment, and there is no chance he will finish his next term, if he somehow manages to finish the next 17 months.
So he needs to step aside so that Dems can actually vote for candidates who are likely to finish the next term.
But then Newsom is going to run, which is not good for us, because while he is terrible, he's a much better candidate than Joe.
There is no way Dems are going to allow POTUS to debate. Newsom could debate.
My guess is that Dems will wait a bit, then give Biden a dignified way to step aside when he's a little more willing to do so.
But if he doesn't, he's going to come darn hard. Biden has a history of saying and doing dumb things, and lots of people are undoubtedly in possession of evidence. NSA records every verbal and electronic communication which traverses international boundaries and they can.
Section 702 prohibits the NSA from targeting people inside the U.S., but the agency, in “incidental” collection, gathers information from U.S. residents who are communicating with the agency’s overseas targets.
The law then allows the FBI and other intelligence agencies to search those U.S. communications for evidence of crimes, including crimes not connected to terrorism. Many digital rights groups, along with some lawmakers, want to end this so-called backdoor search of Section 702 records.
This collection of U.S. communications without a warrant is, “in a word, wrong,” Representative John Conyers Jr., a Michigan Democrat, said during the March 1 hearing.
