I believe that buffer zone is like 50 to 100 miles if I remember, so technically anyone in NYC or most of the eastern seaboard has no constitutional rights so when FEMA rolls in with it's goose steppers and federalizes local pigs then it's "papers please", "halt", and "Stop and spread em'". Quickly followed by murder, or indefinite detention at re-education center emblazoned with "Arbeit Macht Frei".

I have been to the southern border. I have been there under circumstances that would not be considered a vacation or holiday. That border should be recognized as the lawless zone that it actually is. Including the Constitution.
