The property owner took her to court over that incident. It turns out that he has CCTV footage showing a campaign of harassment against him and his wife, including her going onto his property on multiple occasions. This video is from the time she did something as he was getting into the car, so he followed her to get some details that the police could use to identify her.
Although she got two strikes for stalking, the victim ended up paying his own fees because he needed to prove three incidents. He spent the money he'd been saving up for his wedding deposit on legal fees. I believe there's a GoFundMe in place, hope he recoups his losses.
