1. giving into an extortion demand by Slutty, paid for with his own money
2. a loan he repaid, and where the “victim” made no claim and testified on Trump’s behalf
3. a phone call to Georgia, asking for a review of the count in a very tight race
4. the “insurrection” case in which nobody was even charged with an insurrection

Its not really ambiguous as to whether D’Souza broke the law. The case against him was pretty much open and shut.
