"This is the biggest load of bull..." Clinton on the emails.

Comey said they found a bunch of e-mails that were classified on her private server. You keep stating facts that have nothing to do with what happened. She put classified e-mails on her private server. So what difference does that make?
Nothing marked classified. How many times does this have to be explained to you?

The two that had "bore markings" (c) were not properly labeled, and it was determined to have been put there in error. Comey did not know that at the time of his testimony in the morning, but in later he was informed of that and had to revise.

As to the other 52 chains -- (which represent less than .001% of all the email she sent or rec'd) the best he had was she "should have known" the unmarked threads were classifiable. That's not good enough, and why he said no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

Was she careless? Yes. Did she make a mistake? She said she did. Nothing was criminal -- and furthermore, many experts from different agencies disagree on classification status. In-fighting goes on all the time with this.

As it regards the marked classified material, she handled that all the time, through her secure SCIFs.

Get it now?

Nothing marked classified. How many times does this have to be explained to you?

Marked or not, you're not supposed to have classified material on a private server.
Dude. It's over.

You lost.

Suck it up, sucker.

I lost? Because Hillary broke the law?
Yes. You lost.

And not long from now you'll be calling her Madam President.

& bawling your eyes out.

Are you sure she's going to make it to November?
All those decades of anger and alcohol have been hell on her system.

The idiocy your argument boils down to.

That documents are not all perfectly marked does not make it OK to take them out of a classified system. THAT IS WHY YOU DO NOT REMOVE THEM.

Dumb ass. You are way partisanship sucks. You turn off your brain for the sake of a political party, it's completely pathetic
She didn't do that. You dumbass.

You're just proving you didn't watch the hearings.

You're just showing you're a mindless sheep. Even Hillary admitted she lied about what Comey said when she said he said she always told the truth. All he said was she didn't lie to the FBI
Lie.

And you obviously can't back up your assertion she took it out of the classified system.

Why? Because that too is a lie.

So if she didn't take it out of the classified system, why did Comey say, "None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these emails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at agencies and departments of the United States government -- or even with a commercial email service like Gmail."

"There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton's position, or in the position of those with whom she was corresponding about those matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation."

"Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

"even if information is not marked 'classified' in an email, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it."

"We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial email accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clinton's use of a personal email domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent."

Yeah, you watched it ...

It comes back to "should have known."

Those 52 email chains were not marked, and not taken off the classified system.

In some, they discussed things that are published in newspapers all over the world, like the drone program.

Do you know if I sent a NYT article on that program to a dot.gov account, & a FOIA request is made of that person's emails, the CIA would mark it classified before its release. Because they are so fucking anal about some of the shit they want to keep secrets. Other departments disagree on different classifications.

Anyone who has done even a little bit of national security reporting will tell you that these agencies are absolute in their belief in secrecy, and would classify the menu board on their favorite lunch truck if they could, but this tendency is especially onerous to diplomats, who require a much greater level of flexibility in what they can discuss than other government officials. When Comey slams State as having a “lax culture” around secrecy, he’s delivering his opinion as a rival, not the unbiased assessment of an objective observer."

What an odd question.

That's simply not true. The FOIA request was to the State Department and it was the State Department that classified the documents. If it is true that he Kerry State Department decided these emails contained information that should have been classified and the Clinton State Department didn't, then what you are claiming is that Hillary wasn't corrupt, just incompetent, however, there is abundant information that both are true.
It is true. Other agencies get involved w/ regard to FOIA requests.

"The categories of information listed in guides are sometimes so broad or vague that they leave officials to guess whether any given piece of information has been classified. In 2009, President Obama ordered agencies to review their guides and purge outdated material, but his directive did not address the lack of specificity.

...And while the number of original classification decisions is on the wane, there were still almost 50,000 new secrets created last year – on top of the 2 million created in the 10 previous years. "

"none of the emails had been marked at any level of classification at the time they were sent through Mrs. Clinton’s computer server." These were emails later upgraded by another agency.
She was Secretary of State and it was part of her job to decide which documents should be classified. You are trying to defend her against charges of corruption by arguing she wasn't competent to do her job.
Where's the indictments then?
Where, indeed! Clearly, there were grounds to indict her for intentionally mishandling classified information and clearly the integrity of the Justice Department has been compromised by political considerations. This case cries out for a special prosecutor.
No. Not clearly.

Look, you can quack till the cows come home -- but this will not change: The persons charged with looking into that explored it, and found no there there.

The FBI was unanimous in this regard. Tough cookies.
What will not change is that she showed clear intent to mishandle classified information, clear intent to deceive the country about what she did and the Justice Department was clearly compromised by political considerations. Under these circumstances, when the Justice Department has a clear conflict of interests, a special prosecutor should be called. If she wins the election, it is all the more reason to have a special prosecutor look into this situation to examine the Hillary's actions and the actions of those in the Obama administration who sought to influence the investigation.

It is true. Other agencies get involved w/ regard to FOIA requests.

Time to pull this one out again: Five myths about classified information - The Washington Post

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ R E A D I T ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

<SNIP>

It's coming out now too that if you wanted help from Secretary of State Clinton, you donate to the Clinton Foundation first. The woman is as crooked as the day is long

I lost? Because Hillary broke the law?
Yes. You lost.

And not long from now you'll be calling her Madam President.

& bawling your eyes out.

Are you sure she's going to make it to November?
All those decades of anger and alcohol have been hell on her system.
You should be more worried about if you're going to make it to November.

It's going to be hell on you.

Has a candidate with a broken hip ever been elected?
What an odd question.

Based on her struggle to climb stairs, a broken hip is a real possibility.

You're not getting it. As usual.

Two people from two agencies can see the same bit of information, and come away with a different conclusion on its status. It happens

all

the

fucking

time.

"The FBI, and other security agencies within the government, are not partners with the State Department, they’re antagonists.

If Hillary said she'd been a Playboy model, you'd believe that too. Partisanship is a bizarre thing to me

You typed that with a straight face, too I'll bet.

 What a joke.

Only a complete hack of a mindless Democrat shill could keep arguing what you are that she didn't put classified e-mails on private servers, she didn't do anything wrong, she was the height of propriety and her farts don't stink.

You're unbelievable. Loving a political party like that is unfathomable to me
You just made up a pile of crap an attributed it to me - you lying skunk.

And you're of the biggest hacks around here. You're fooling nobody but yourself.

I watched it live and read it numerous times.

You're just stuck on stupid.

Any word on the indictments and subsequent charges being filed by the investigating agencies?
Cluck, cluck, cluck.

She doesn't have a broken hip, you idiot.

Let me guess - you've never slipped on stairs.

What a tool.
