"This is the biggest load of bull..." Clinton on the emails.

Are you sure she's going to make it to November?
All those decades of anger and alcohol have been hell on her system.
You should be more worried about if you're going to make it to November.

It's going to be hell on you.

Has a candidate with a broken hip ever been elected?
What an odd question.

Based on her struggle to climb stairs, a broken hip is a real possibility.
She doesn't have a broken hip, you idiot.

Let me guess - you've never slipped on stairs.

What a tool.

Isn't that cute, the guy who believes the most skewed, disingenuous crap coming out of Hillary's mouth is calling someone a "tool." Classic

Of course she doesn't, yet.
Next dizzy spell, or tipsy moment, she could tumble down the stairs.
You know she's drinking herself to sleep.

At a gathering of the Asian American Journalists Association Bill Clinton defended his wife regarding the email imbroglio:

"First of all, the FBI director said when he testified before Congress, he had to amend his previous day's statement that she had never received any emails that are classified. They saw two little notes with a 'C' on it," Clinton said.

"This is the biggest load of bull I've ever heard."

Clinton went on to say that while the classification system of sensitive emails was "too complicated to explain to people," what is clear is that Clinton and her colleagues were never being careless with national security.

"Do you really believe there are 300 career diplomats because that's how many people were on these emails, all of whom were careless with national security? Do you believe that?" he said. "Forget about Hillary, forget about her. Is that conceivable?"

Bill Clinton talks email controversy: 'Biggest load of bull' - CNNPolitics.com

He's right. Comey did have to amend his statements, those emails had been improperly marked.

Yet, what we hear played over and over again is sliced up CEC version of a tape that leaves out the only thing marked classified at the time carried "bore markings" (c) on .000001% of all the emails she sent or received. Later Comey states in his testimony they were not properly marked -- and it would have been easy for anyone with knowledge of handing classified documents to miss. The content of the emails were about her making a freakin' telephone call.

We found out later those "bore markings" were not even classified to begin with. [ Daily Press Briefing - July 6, 2016 ]

And even if they were, they originated at State, so she could have declassified them, as she has that power. But they weren't. AND, even if -- they were on such a level of "secrecy" those same two (c) emails could have been sent through the US mail with a simple No. 10 envelope and a First Class postage stamp.

The other part of this which Bill reminds us, is allllll the other career diplomats she exchanged emails would have been just as careless.

"Forget about Hillary, forget about her. Is that conceivable?"

The depths Liberals will go to is nothing short of amazing! The bitch lied, everyone in the free world knows it, yet you sit here today and continue to try and build an excuse for her?

Have some sense of honesty, credibility, morality and ethics on the subject...

When you become SoS you're responsible for the actions of your staff, period...

When you foster a culture that ignores accountability, this is accepted practice...

She ignored the ARB's request she review security issues prior to Benghazi and points to the security experts, yet she wants to be the next POTUS, who is she going to blame then?

Life doesn't work that way unless you're not held to the same level of accountability that the rest of us are...

Let's quit pretending, she can do no wrong in the eyes of the MSM and the Liberals who support her...

Or they, like Hillary didn't think those chains contained later to be classified by another agency were actually classified.

A lot of these are career positions. Meaning many have been there for decades. They would know - and we're talking hundreds of people - if they thought it was classified they are putting their careers on the line.

No it isn't conceivable.

Chaffetz: Did Hillary Clinton break the law?

Comey: My judgment is that she did not.

Sums it up

So that's all that matters? If she didn't break the law? Wow, what a standard you set ... for Democrats. Republicans need not apply, you'd never give them that standard. If it's legal, it's good with paperview! That's all that matters to the Democrat mouthpiece!

I posted this a few pages back.

Curiously (well, not really) no one responded.

Let's look at someone who mishandled classified and marked TS/SCI information....

How did this all work out?

"While serving as attorney general, Alberto Gonzales mishandled top secret documents, risking the release of classified information about two of the Bush administration's most sensitive counterterrorism efforts - a surveillance program and detainee interrogations.

Mishandling classified materials violates Justice Department regulations and removing them from special secure facilities without proper authorization is a crime. But a report issued Tuesday by the Justice Department's inspector general says the agency decided not to press charges against Gonzales, who resigned under fire last year.

Lawyers for Gonzales acknowledge he did not store or protect the top secret documents - a set of handwritten notes about the surveillance program and 17 other papers - as he should have.
...
At issue is how, and where, Gonzales stored the documents, which are classified as sensitive compartmentalized information, or SCI.

SCI materials are among the highest and most sensitive levels of classified top secret documents and usually relate to national security cases."

DOJ: Gonzales Mishandled Top-Secret Docs - CBS News
The damning OIG report is here:
Report - Office of the Inspector General - US Department of Justice

Give it a lil looksee. If you're pressed for time, do a Ctrl^F for TS/SCI markings.

Have fun!

"A small snip: "Gonzales told the OIG that he knew it was “very, very limited access.” However, he stated he could not say whether the program was TS or TS/SCI, although he said he knew it was of the highest level of secrecy.
11
Gonzales said he “assumed” documents related to the program bore classification markings that would have indicated the precise
classification of the program, but that he did not create such documents, so he
could not be certain...."

"The OIG reviewed these additional documents. The two envelopes
contained a total of 17 separate documents. The envelope containing
documents related to the NSA surveillance program bore the handwritten
markings, “TOP SECRET – EYES ONLY – ARG” followed by an abbreviation for
the SCI codeword for the program. The envelope containing the documents
relating to a detainee interrogation program bore classification markings
related to that program. Each document inside the envelopes had a cover
sheet and header-footer markings indicating the document was TS/SCI. "
-----------------------

He took TOP SECRET classified documents home, in an unlocked briefcase, stored them in his home, unprotected. Then later kept them in a safe hall outside his office where uncleared persons had access to him.

And what happened to him? Diddlysquat.

Oh please, give it up. mrs. bill was SoS. SoS handle/deal with/send/receive classified info --- it goes with the territory. She INTENTIONALLY used an unsecured server. Comely dismissed it because "intent", which is bullshit and everyone knows it. The slimeball clintons either have something on him or blackmailed him or whatever. Everyone knows she fucked up. She doesnt care cause she knows nothing will stick to slime.

Because there is a huge difference between someone who does corrupt things constantly and someone who misspeaks constantly.
Trump does both.

Bzzzt.

With all due respect, Paperview....Donald Trump isn't even in the same conversation when it comes to twenty five years of scandal and corruption! The Clinton's make Richard Nixon look good!
And the fact she's been exonerated and never charged in the 450 or so "scandals" the hate Clinton teams have cooked up and the 24/7 CEC rattle rage-fest that's been going on is proof - proof! she's crooked.

Meanwhile, you know you are voting for sleazy, dangerous, authoritarian con man that lies every other sentence and is obviously psychotic.

FTW![/QUOTE

When have the Clinton's ever been "exonerated" in any of their scandals? Did Bill not have an affair with Gennifer Flowers and lie about it? Did Hillary Clinton not make a huge profit in the cattle futures market through what was obviously insider information? Did Bill Clinton not lie to Congressional investigators? Did Hillary not lie about coming under sniper fire? Did Hillary not lie about a video causing the attacks in Benghazi? Did Hillary not lie about her emails? Did the Clinton Foundation not rake in millions of dollars from people who were seeking favors from the Clinton State Department? Did the Clinton's not pay Hillary's staffers and many of her reelection staff salaries through the Clinton Foundation?

She was Secretary of State and it was part of her job to decide which documents should be classified. You are trying to defend her against charges of corruption by arguing she wasn't competent to do her job.
Where's the indictments then?
Where, indeed! Clearly, there were grounds to indict her for intentionally mishandling classified information and clearly the integrity of the Justice Department has been compromised by political considerations. This case cries out for a special prosecutor.
No. Not clearly.

Look, you can quack till the cows come home -- but this will not change: The persons charged with looking into that explored it, and found no there there.

The FBI was unanimous in this regard. Tough cookies.
What will not change is that she showed clear intent to mishandle classified information, clear intent to deceive the country about what she did and the Justice Department was clearly compromised by political considerations. Under these circumstances, when the Justice Department has a clear conflict of interests, a special prosecutor should be called. If she wins the election, it is all the more reason to have a special prosecutor look into this situation to examine the Hillary's actions and the actions of those in the Obama administration who sought to influence the investigation.
Dream on, bubba.

It's over -- and the GOP candidate is dropping like a rock.

Along with the party.
In fact, it's not at all clear there is a place for Sanders supporters in the Democratic Party. If Trump loses, Hillary will may have to face an independent prosecutor, and when that investigation reveals how deep the corruption goes in the Democratic Party, the US may become a one party system.

Meanwhile, you know you are voting for sleazy, dangerous, authoritarian con man that lies every other sentence and is obviously psychotic.

FTW!

Did Hillary Clinton not make a huge profit in the cattle futures market through what was obviously insider information?

Her profit was not the result of insider info, it was a bribe disguised as trading profits.

Lawyers for Gonzales acknowledge he did not store or protect the top secret documents - a set of handwritten notes about the surveillance program and 17 other papers - as he should have.

Didn't protect them as he should have? Yeah, that describes Hillary's actions too.

Then later kept them in a safe hall outside his office where uncleared persons had access to him.

Like Hillary's lawyers, who decided which emails to delete, were uncleared persons.
And what happened to him -- after he mishandled MARKED classified information (unlike Hillary's that was not marked) ...

I'll tell you: diddly and squat.

Mishandling classified info, even if it's unmarked, or if her aides removed the markings, is still a no-no.

I'll tell you: diddly and squat.

When you look at the sheer magnitude of her wrong doing, it in no way compares to what Gonzales did.
