There is not a man in recent memory who has not aged quickly while in office.

Though frankly I don't think he looks any worse in that photo than he did on the campaign trail.

But perhaps the constant stress of firing his cabinet, changing his mind with the wind, or tweeting at 3 a.m. are getting to him.
